Vera, a teenager who was out of school due to financial incapability, rejoined her classmates following an intervention from Extended Hands Liberia. After our team noticed Vera selling plastic bags during school hours at Red Light Market, we swiftly stepped in. We covered her school fees, uniforms, and essential supplies. Vera, now a 3rd grade student at Agape Temple Elementary and Junior High School in Mount Barclay, expressed deep gratitude and joy for the opportunity to return to school.
